Undated but c.1911 (date of Foreword). First Edition. 8vo., beige clothbound hardback, with colour plate laid on to upper cover, brown titles and decoration to spine and upper cover; [ix] + 131pp, with 8 colour plates plus several others in black and white. Ink gift inscription dated 1912 to ffep, and a previous owner's modern bookplate to front pastedown. Foxing to edges and throughout, heavy in places, handling wear to a few pages, lower outer corner of pp31/32 torn off, boards damp affected and a little worn at corners and spine ends, cloth beginning to split along sides of spine, spine sunned. Good overall.
