Vol. I: 667pp. and Vol. II, Parts 1 and 2: 666pp. All volumes indexed and illustrated in b/w. Volume I contains long presentation inscription from the Author to ffep and a loose postcard concerning the illustration to the front cover. It also has a bookplate of the Author's to front pastedown. Volume II, Part one also contains a loose letter from the Author to the same recipient, partly concerning the Author's displeasure with the quality of the binding and the longwinded titles chosen by the Publisher! All three volumes slightly worn at edges, particularly Volume I (please see photos) otherwise a VERY GOOD ASSOCIATION SET.
