CANTERBURY IN OLDEN TIME: 117pp., illustrated with b/w frontispiece and vignette to title page. HAND-BOOK OF CANTERBURY: 118pp., illustrated with large folding plan of Canterbury, small plan of the cathedral and b/w vignettes in text. Plus 20pp. local advertisements at end. A previous owner has pasted a number of small newspaper cuttings on blank pages plus John Brent's signature on brown paper to the ffep with an ink inscription beneath. Old heraldic bookplate also pasted to ffep and modern armorial bookplate to front pastedown. Inner hinges going at front and rear with damage to top and base of spine and splits to cloth to either side of spine. Overall a Good Reading Copy.
